BRING IT! Why and How You Can Trust God with Your Whole Heart
A study of the Life of David and the Psalms

Key Verse:  Psalm 51:10 “Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.”

David was a most unlikely king – the youngest of a large family of brothers, just a shepherd in the rocky hills near Bethlehem.  His path to uniting the twelve tribes of Abraham’s descendants was a dangerous and difficult one.  Even though he was called a man after God’s own heart, a person of faith and bold accomplishment, his life was filled with disappointments, broken relationships and a spectacular moral failure.  David’s responses to these life events are chronicled in the Psalms. His poems give us the words, the courage, and the model for bringing our whole heart and self to God, and a glimpse of the authentic joy that belongs to those who do.

You are invited to join women of all ages for this study beginning September 12, Monday mornings, 9:30-11:30 a.m. or September 14, Wednesday evenings, 6:00-7:45 p.m.
