At Kirk of the Hills, we believe that a healthy congregation provides the basis for effective and fruitful ministry. There are times, however, when families and individuals encounter the painful effects of living in a world marred by sin. Death, disease and division touch all our lives. It is during these times that the caring ministry of the church becomes so important. Our objectives in the Kirk care and concern ministry are:
- To create a grace-filled community by leading others in understanding the sufficiency of Christ in all things.
- To extend faith, hope and love to those in need through prayer and Scripture.
- To provide a safe and confidential outlet to those seeking help for personal situations.
- To offer care and support for families and individuals experiencing loss.
- To communicate availability and accessibility of care ministries.
