Maundy Thursday, March 29
Please join us Thursday, March 29, at 7:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary at Kirk of the Hills as we commemorate the Last Supper where Jesus shared the Passover meal with His disciples the night before He was crucified. Each beautiful movement invites us to worship as we thoughtfully consider Christ’s love for us, His sacrifice, and the promise of Heaven.
Good Friday, March 30
Good Friday marks the day when wrath and mercy met at the cross. Without that awful day of suffering, sorrow, and shed blood at the cross, God could not be both “just and the justifier” of those who trust in Jesus (Romans 3:26). Join us on Friday, March 30, at 5:30 p.m. in the Upper Room at Kirk of the Hills as we worship Jesus, the ultimate sacrifice for our sins.
Easter Sunday, April 1
Easter Sunday at The Kirk will be filled with vibrant, joyous worship of our Risen Savior. For the traditional services, The Kirk Choir will again be joined by instrumentalists as the congregation and choir combine their voices in a wonderful presentation of “Christ the Lord is Risen Today.” For the contemporary services the worship team will lead the congregation in songs of praise and thanksgiving.
