Grace and Peace to You
A study of Ephesians, Philippians and Corinthians
The 5 words that begin most of Paul's letters in the New Testament are far more than a courteous greeting commonly used in his culture. They are the summary, and the heart and soul of the gospel of Jesus Christ. In his communication with the young churches in Ephesus, Philippi and Corinth, Paul explained the gospel and applied it to their lives and the unique circumstances of their particular church. It was no less challenging to be a Christian in a large cosmopolitan city of the Roman Empire in the first century, than it is today. We all need grace. We all need peace. What did lives of grace and peace look like then? What do churches of grace and peace look like now? The truth of the gospel may surprise you!
You are invited to join women of all ages for this study beginning September 14th, Monday mornings, 9:30-11:30am or September 16th, Wednesday evenings, 6-7:45pm.
