Truth Project Simulcast Lunch

If you would like to know more about the Truth Project or how you can obtain the curriculum and begin your own Truth Project small group, please plan on attending the Truth Project Simulcast Informational luncheon. If you know someone that you would like to introduce to The Truth Project, this luncheon is a great way to share it with them. Please join us on May 18th, for food and fellowship and a chance to meet representatives from those ministries here to tell you about the exciting opportunities to get involved within your community.

Laugh Along
Faithful Buds Dinner Theater & Silent Auction
Sunday, May 18th
5:00-7:00 p.m. in the Upper Room
$8 per person. Limited Seating
Join Faithful Buds and more for dinner, talent show and a silent auction. All proceeds will benefit special needs ministry as they send some of their members to Camp Barnabas each year. Tickets are $8 per person. Donations are welcome!
An evening of fun entertainment that is sure to tickle your funny-bone with reverent glimpses of Laugh-In, Giligan's Island, Sister Act, Blues Brothers and more. The show will feature skits, jokes, songs and wholesome good time.
Dinner menu is cornbread, chili and smores.

Do you have a teenager in your house? Do you remember what it was like to have a teenager in your home? Do you remember what it was like being a teenager?
If you can answer yes to any of these questions, then you know the appetites that accompany them. Many of our VBS volunteers are teenagers or early college age kids and we are in need of snacks.
If you are willing to bake or buy a few things, we would greatly appreciate it! Please contact Pam Hamer at 369-3256.
Willow Springs Retreat/Work Day
June 20th & 21st
Small Groups are invited to arrive at Jacob’s Ladder, a camp located on the grounds of Willow Springs in Chandler, OK around 7:00 p.m. The log cabins sleep up to 90 people in bunk beds and provide a full bathroom with showers. If your group would like to enjoy this opportunity for fellowship and relaxation, contact Tammy Gill at 494-7088 or tgill@thekirk.com to reserve your spot. A country breakfast is included on Saturday morning.
If you can’t make it Friday night but would like to participate in the work day, sign up now to join us at 9:00 Saturday morning. Your group can choose a project from the list below and work together to bless the boys at Willow Springs.
